Nutanix Portal is the single sign on ( SSO) for everything for Nutanix Customers and partners but take leverage of Nutanix portal, have to create new account or register yourself on Nutanix support portal to download the Nutanix software, log / create a case and install Nutanix license on hardware server assets i.e Nutanix NX, DellEMC XC, Lenovo HX and IBM CS, on fresh built nutanix cluster.
First you need to register your hardware server assets on Nutanix Support Portal to fetch licenses.
Register Yourself on Nutanix Portal
Step 1 : Visit Nutanix Support Portal and sign up
Prerequisites to sign up :
- Your Business email id which is registered with nutanix
- Business email must working and accessible
- Nutanix/Dell/Lenovo/IBM/etc hardware assets Serial number/Tag No.
Note : After sing up successfully, Nutanix will send verification link on signed up (registered) email id.
Step 2 : Log in to your registered email id to confirm nutanix verification
Step 3 : Log in to Nutanix Support Portal again with signed up credential
Step 4 : Register hardware server assets
- Nutanix portal Home page will open, Now look “Support Portal” option and click. It will ask your hardware server serial number or tag number

Click on “Support Portal” Launch button to open Nutanix Portal Home Page
