Using Prism Web Console:
Enter your credentials to log in.
Step 1: Log in to Prism Web Console: Refer Nutanix Prism Default Credential
Open a web browser and enter Prism Cluster IP (https://<cluster-IP>:9440
).

Step2: Click on right side given “Gear icon” * > Upgrade software | Done 🙂
